The features of the Aluminum Embossed PVC Case Swing Door are as follows

Embossed doors are used to provide a seal between the interior and exterior environments of cold rooms or freezer rooms.
The door leaf is constructed by injecting 42 (+/- 2) density polyurethane between two metal sheets, without using any wooden materials.
The door leaf thickness is 6.80 mm for cold rooms and 9.20 mm for freezer rooms.
The door leaf is embedded into the door frame. The frame is made of PVC, but it can also be covered with embossed aluminum upon request.
The door can be customized to match the panel thickness or the thickness of the surrounding walls.
The hinges and lock of the door are made of stainless steel (inox).
