Floor Panel

The floor panels we manufacture are lockable panels with a top surface of plywood and a bottom surface of poly sheet with 42 (+/-2) density polyurethane injected between them. Panel thicknesses are 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200 mm, and their width is 1110 mm.

Floor panels have a load-bearing capacity of 2000 kg/m² and can also be produced with a non-slip CR-NI coated sheet on plywood surface upon request. The load-bearing capacity can be increased up to 4000 kg/m² if necessary. Panels are kept in a 600-ton press for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes, depending on the panel thickness, until their reaction is complete. They are produced according to the B2 fire resistance class standard and can also be manufactured according to the B1 fire resistance class upon request.
